DGNB and LEED:
We conduct life cycle energy modeling to assist DGNB consultants to evaluate energy efficiency according to the requirements of the evaluation criteria. The thermal simulations are made in accordance with EN 15251, or EN 12831.
The assessment is performed using thermal building simulation software in accordance with VDI 6020 or EN15265 or EN 15255 or ASHRAE 140.

We provide to building owners and DGNB and LEED consultants daylight simulations and artificial lighting calculations for potential optimization analyses. We take into account room geometry, shading of neighboring buildings, window placement, light transmission, and reflection characteristics of internal surfaces. All data is structured according to the requirements of the evaluation criteria including daylight factor calculations, annual relative lighting percentage.
